If you wish to upgrade/purchase a membership/purchase casual card: 

Step 1 : Fill in the form by clicking the link Sign-up Form (Monash Student/Staff/Alumni/Community)
Ignore any "contact admin" messages. Your membership will be approved manually once your payment is confirmed.
Simply proceed to purchasing one of the membership products. If the items for purchase do not appear after completing the Sign-up form, go to Step 2 below.

Step 2 : Purchase one of the products at the bottom of the Main Page  (it may sometimes ask you to fill in the same form in Step 1 again. If so, please do it again!)

Step 3 : Next time, when you visit the Game Hall during a session, talk to one of the administrators at the desk to obtain your membership card. They will verify your membership and add you to the system.
